On Capacity Building in Community Development

 

All PUC Students, including CSL students from previous to present terms, Staff and Faculty are cordially invited to attend a Distinguished Lecture Series at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC), South Campus.

Distinguished Speaker:  Dai Peters, PhD

                             Agroenterprise Development for Lao & Vietnam

         

The Lecture will focus on how community development and capacity building are two important aspects for service learners and other community development and NGOs workers with their objective of organized volunteering. Dr. Dai Peters will elaborate on her infield experience about both of these aspects.

 

Dr. Dai Peters holds a Ph.D. from North Carolina State University, USA, and is currently Project Leader of SADU (Small-Scale Agroenterprise Development for Uplands), a project in Vietnam and Laos of the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT).
